ARAGON FOOTBALL CAMP

About the Camp. . .
"Aragon Football Camp Director Steve Henderson is a senior trainer with the Positive Coaching Alliance, since 2001.  PCA principles are embedded throughout the camp, where athletes learn to love and honor the game of football.  I've watched Steve coach, any parent would be thrilled to have his or her child attend this camp."

Why Choose Aragon Football Camp?
Experienced Coaches.
Our head coaches have over thirty years of experience between them, and have fostered a winning tradition at Aragon High School.  Our graduate assistants are former Aragon players, and many have played/are playing college football.  They will share their insights on how to get the most out of the camp experience.  They are chosen based not only on football talent, but also for their ability to communicate and connect with kids in a positive way.
Sportsmanship and a positive environment are emphasized.  Our coaches' priorities are for the campers to have fun and fall in love with the game of football.
Non-contact (no tackle) football skills focus.  Campers are introduced to a skills development approach to football, desiged to unlock their passion for the game.  Campers learn fundamentals in all three phases of the game (offense, defense, special teams).  Lastly, they learn how to enjoy getting into peak physical condition.
Distinct age groupingCampers are split into 2 main groups:  Youth (1st-6th grade), and High school prep (7th-9th grade).  Within these groups, they are split further into smaller groups based on size and ability.
Small Coach-to-camper ratioWhen working on skills, campers are in small groups of 5-7 with one coach.
Family atmospherePlayers from Aragon know that they are a part of something special.  We call it "Aragon Style".

**All campers receive a free t-shirt and water bottle on the first day of camp**
